Can't edit/modify sequence trace for a specific ab1 file?

Hey there,

I'm using a newish m1 macbook. I am seemingly not able to edit this file in CutePeaks: example1.ab1.zip

Here's what the file menu looks like:

Other files do seem to work properly so I'm not sure what's up..

I cannot test right know. But I notice some files have no base calling. What is your sequencer ?

Hey @dridk I am unfortunately not sure where this file came from. I noticed that it doesn't seem to have quality scores associated with it. Maybe that is part of what is happening?
