升级到4.14.1后工具调用mcp时报网络无法连接

在mcp工具集中可以正常添加mcp工具。

config.json配置："mcpServerProxyEndpoint": "http://localhost:3005" config中改了http://fastgpt-mcp-server:3000、外网ip:3005 试了都不行
