考虑将maxRunTimes参数做为可配置项

找了好久，找到一个maxRunTimes参数默认是200。

对话过程应该是由projects/app/src/pages/api/v1/chat/completions.ts中的maxRunTimes控制的

插件和对话超时时间也可以考虑做成配置项 现在生成视频和音乐大概是3-5分钟，插件120s超时
