Getting Started and Making Sense of Different Frames

Hello,

Would anyone be able to briefly explain the basic inputs and outputs of this package? It's a bit difficult to make sense of all of the information given through the package especially given the odd naming convention of the frames (and odd axes convention seen in rviz when starting the launch files).
