How to use the algorithm for lidar mapping with a horizontal scanning angle of 120°?
I have a lidar with a horizontal scanning angle of 120°. What's the difference between my lidar and VLP-16 on mapping with loam? It seems that mine is quite unstable, and I can't get an accurate map.
@LiaoJunchan when you say unstable you mean that the data obtained with your lidar has a higher range noise? I am interested on this issue, because I was wondering what would happen if the lidar range noise was high.
