Cannot upload folder when drag-n-drop to folder explorer pane.
Main idea
We already support folder upload in #1690, yet to support drag-n-drop action. In order to keep the consistency of user experience in both file upload and folder upload operation, we need to support folder upload on drag-n-drop action, too.
