Can't know refresh is over

Pressing the refresh button on the log screen of the user setting page turns the button green. At this time, the color of the button remains the same even after the refresh. (There is no message that the refresh is over) user does not know if the refresh is complete.

I hope there's something that tells me that the refresh is over. (For example, a light green button returns to white, or a dialog with a message that the refresh is over, etc.)
