Nothing happened after reuse credential action

I tried to reuse credential which revoked, so I clicked reuse credential button but nothing happened

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 문제를 재현하기 위한 순서를 자세히 적어주세요:

1. Revoke credential
2. Go to Users -> Credentials -> Inactive tab
3. Click reuse (which is curved arrow shape)
4. That's all!

Inform the action result to user even the action failed, or disable button when the user has no permission.
