Let's keep the last state of selected resource group in resource monitor panel

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. 문제가 발생하는 상황에 대한 요약 설명을 적어주세요. When there are multiple accessible resource groups, if the user selects from one in resource statistics panel and moves on to another page that displays resource statistics panel, then the very first resource group is always selected regardless of the last selected resource group. It makes the user to re-select current resource group explicitly, which degrades user experiences.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 문제를 재현하기 위한 순서를 자세히 적어주세요:

⚠️ NOTE: You need to have an access to more than one resource group. And you may need to assign different agent per each resource group.

  1. Go to 'Summary' or 'Sessions' page.
  2. Select the second item of the resource group in resource statistics panel.
  3. Go to another page that you didn't access in step 1. (if you accessed 'Summary', then go to 'Sessions' page, and vice versa.)
  4. See resource gauge.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. 원래 기대했던 동작은 어떤 것인지 명확하게 적어주세요. Select UI(or Dropdown UI) has to keep the state of the last selected item.
