Refactoring session launcher

Let's update UI of the session launcher and components used there for providing a better user experience. Please note that each task will be handled in a separate PR(of course each issue can be created if it's needed).

• [ ] Replace carousel UI to tab-based UI
• [ ] Categorize fields on page 1 into small groups
• [ ] Provide distinguishable UI on environment and version select UI
• [ ] Explicitly Indicate relationship in RAM / Shared memory
• [ ] Split session from custom resource allocation session
• [ ] Refactor lablup-slider to be adequate to the unit of data (e.g. logarithmic ranging, changing knobs on input events, etc.)
• [ ] Provide selecting agent on session creation in limited situation.
