Let's provide per user folder list for superadmin

Since the user with superadmin role has access to any folder that users create, superadmin has to be able to see all folder lists that every user-created or shared. But simply querying all folders will cause excessive API calls, I would like to suggest requesting folders per user instead of querying all users' folders.
