Currently, the tasks tab occupies quite an important location in WebUI, although It doesn't notify many things, and exclaims something has happened explicitly.

Let's show some important events such as Session creating starts/failed, or session that was running has been terminated (with certain reasons), and also, folder invitations. And also, when these events occur, the tasks tab icon could notify something happened explicitly using animations (blink, changing colors, etc.)
