Added hotplug support

Added several API to support hotplug notifations. That is, when a device is connected/disconnected, a callback can be invoked to notify the application. Implemented using libusb's hotplug support.

First, sorry for the lack of communication. Unfortunately, we have not been able to check this out yet. I am not sure when we will be able to look into this either, or whether we would want to support this functionality, exodriver additions are a low priority right now.
