[BUG] Dragged Polygon disappears in "Polygon Labels" dock

Describe the bug When a shape was dragged to the first row, it will disappear.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Draw several polygons.
  2. In the "Polygon Labels" dock, drag a polygon to the first row.
