label is deleted when adjust order of labels

Describe the Bug

Adjusting order of labels, if drag label on other label, this label will be deleted, unless appearing a dark line.

Expected Behavior

Don't delete label when adjust order.

same problem here. and I wonder if there could be a new feature to reorder the labels in alphabet sequence, as it will be more easy to check.
