Cursor Jitter when moving the mouse

Hi,

when I move my mouse, the cursor wiggles. It's hard to explain exactly, so I recorded two videos. You can see the problem better on the one I took with my phone:

It seems that the cursor switches back and forth between two graphics very quickly. Is this a known problem, if so, is there a solution? Thanks in advance!
