Transaction Outline

It could be hard to know where we are in the overall transaction when working on larger transactions with many instructions.

Introduce a collapsible, left sidebar that gives a quick outline of the transaction and its instructions.

• Clicking on an instruction should scroll to the correct one
• Instructions show some summary information (similar to instruction preview)
  • Will need additional info like the instruction data type
• Should be able to add, remove, or re-order instructions from the sidebar as well
• Should the outline work both ways, i.e. should display which instruction is currently in view?
