GLib-WARNING **: Invalid file descriptor.

I am using bluez 5.55 on pi zw and for a week I meet the issue "(gatttool: 10161): GLib-WARNING **: 12: 30: 21.482: Invalid file descriptor." I tried to understand everything explained on the forums (including https://github.com/labapart/gattlib/issues/2 and https://github.com/labapart/gattlib/commit/ed3ff0627f8d60f54c2afd602bb8b68a8e1ca02b) however, I don't understand how to solve this issue which is blocking in my case. Could you help me please ?
