Menu Item Duplicates

Multiple programs can be loaded into the same CodeBrowser window, by dragging the program from the program list into the window. This can also be done via scripts.

However, when this occurs, the PSX Overlay menu item duplicates.

This can be quite annoying, because the "Program Differences" option is located in this same menu, and eventually this menu can expand so long that it goes past the end of the screen, becoming inaccessible.
