Provide Documentation for Converting quip(PY) workflow to lib_rascal

It would be beneficial to those currently using quip(PY) to know how to convert their code to the faster librascal. We should provide a documentation page which outlines the naming translations, Venn diagram of functionalities, and a "let's do a simple thing with quip" and "let's do the same thing with rascal" side-by-side comparison.

I would be able to handle the documentation side if someone were able to sit down and pair program through the nitty-gritty.
