pat v0.12.1 man pages have old file/folder locations

In Pat v0.12.1, man pat-configure mentions the old location of config.json:

PAT(1)                    Pat Configure                      PAT(1)

NAME
       pat  configure  - opens Pat's configuration file using
       the system default editor

Configuration
   Main Configuration
       The default configuration file for pat is ~/.wl2k/config.json

Also, man pat mentions the old ~/.wl2k locations throughout.

Thanks for reporting this 🙂 Could probably replace this with a reference to pat env for simplicity.
