Need "Reply All" function vs. "Reply" that replies to everyone

I have been using Pat and Ardop for several months, and one thing I noticed was there is only a "Reply" function to received messages, whereas most email clients have a "Reply" and "Reply All" function. In Pat, the "Reply" function does reply to ALL, often to the dismay of the sender, if one isn't careful to delete the unneeded recipients. Thanks.

Defaulting to "reply all" is a Really Bad Plan in any mail system. In an emcomm situation where lots of people are using ack-request, this generates a LOT of extra traffic. Worse yet, in the cli, there doesn't appear to be a way to delete the extra recipients.
