flutter-segment Mixpanel integration

This adds the integration with Mixpanel. It works exactly the same as the amplitude one. Tested and working fine. :)

@MarcinusX Bro actually, I found that Mixpanel doesn't need integration with this. My company is using Mixpanel, and connecting it as a destination in the segment dashboard is enough. CMIIW

We need to clarify this, it may be needed when users need to use device mode instead of cloud mode. But in my case, we can use cloud mode and how to use cloud mode is to connect our source to mixpanel destination in the segment admin dashboard. So, the conclusion is it may be needed but it is not required like another provider, for e.g : Moengage.
