Program stucks at the rclc_support_init function

Configuration: STM32F407VET6 Transport layer: custom CAN 1 Task, no OS primitives 1 Publisher/1 Subscriber
The program stucks at function rclc_support_init forever. I read your Solution 1 for this case but I couldn't get across to me that explanation. It seems I don't have any issue with custom transport.
I suppose the issue with heap allocator, what could it be more? Could you refine the solution or explain possible pitfalls there?
