Feature request: Add tags when adding to -arr

Hey, First of all I would like to thank you for the nabarr! It's the only one that managed to add the RSS list to Sonarr and also improve the accuracy when adding to radarr!

One thing that would be cool is that it allowed to add tags, so we could see from where it comes (nabarr tag) or from which feed.
