Repeated mails using "other cron"

For unknown reasons the WP cron stopped working for me. So I switched to the "other cŕon". But with that I get a notification every time the cron job runs. Updates which were already notified in the previous mail are not hidden and send again. Is that the expected behavior or should they be hidden like when using the WP cron?

Hi e-dschungel,

As far as I know that is expected behavior. I will have to look into the issue and see if there is some possibility of preventing duplicate emails for a given update.

Other cron has been removed due to potential security issues, this issue should be closed.
