We got a DTO problem

There is some problem with the existence of DTO in the project here, I am strongly opposed to it being here. We have to replace it.

add configuration for `release` via `rultor`

replace json with gson library

add to `pom.xml`: ```xml com.google.code.gson gson 2.8.9 ``` and remove `json` dep

fix method `message` and write tests for it

theoretically, we can use the [takes](https://github.com/yegor256/takes) framework here.

Current gradle plugin does not allow to configure `flexmark` with [these](https://github.com/vsch/flexmark-java/wiki/Markdown-Formatter#options) options
