continue a failed pipeline

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When developing new pipelines, custom scripts happen to fail. After fixing the bug a new pipeline has to be created. If there are several bugs in my script I have to create several pipelines.

Describe the solution you'd like If a script raises an error it should be possible to continue the pipeline from the previous point.

Describe alternatives you've considered For some Pipelines without complex branching it might make sense to start single pipeline stages manually.
