Have a video banner that quickly introduces the Control Center

Security Control Center should be the absolute last step. The User should have Auto Setup'd a repository already.

Currently the User creates an Asset and doesn't actually know what to do from now on, if we help him setup an CI/CD Pipeline he at least knows that this is a dashboard.

We could also have a example SBOM to demonstrate.

a lot changed in the UI, but this is still relevant - will be moved to stable milestone, as low prio
