"HEAD" branch wrongly added after Auto Setup

After running Auto Setup and the pipeline has completed, a branch named "HEAD" is incorrectly added to the list of branches.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Run Auto Setup.
  2. Wait for the pipeline to complete.
  3. Check the branches list.
  4. Observe that a branch called "HEAD" has been added incorrectly.
