Repositories list disappears after page refresh on Repository Settings

After adding a GitLab integration, on the Repository Settings page, clicking "Search repository" to connect to a repository shows the list correctly. However, if you do not select any repository and refresh the page, clicking "Search repository" again shows an empty list.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a GitLab integration.
2. Go to the Repository Settings page.
3. Click "Search repository...", the list of repositories is displayed.
4. Do not select any repository and refresh the page.
5. Click "Search repository..." again , the list is now empty.
