ingame overlay is flickering [bug]

when i tried the ingame overlay i was excited but when i tried it, the pp counter keeps on flickering and it's distracting as hell

This is related to AMD Integrated graphics driver openGL implementation. Even Discord's overlay is flickering. I will try to do something about it though

i also have an amd, it stopped stuttering when i turned on the "reduce dropped frames" in osu renderer settings
