Ingame overlay not showing up

My ingame overlay won't show up, i don't have any app that could have overlays (i disabled it in discord and nvidia control panel) My specs: GTX 1660Super 6G, intel core i5-9400F

Same problem here. I also tried to disable other overlays that could interfere and tweak some settings that could fix that but no luck. I had same kind problems when I was using osysync but I don't remember how I fixed those.
