White noise

Hey, thank you for your work of keeping that interface alive. I am having trouble on Ubuntu 21.04. though, the same trouble I had on Ubuntu 20.04. unfortunately. The sound card is detected when no changes are made, but it isn't outputting any sound. After applying your changes, the only thing that it outputs is white noise. Do you know what the issue could be?

Also, pulseaudio -k && pulseaudio is outputting the following:

pulseaudio -k && pulseaudio E: [pulseaudio] pid.c: Daemon already running. E: [pulseaudio] main.c: pa_pid_file_create() failed.

Only on really low volume levels I am able to get some usable output, heavily distorted.

The input doesn't get detected at all.
