Nope, there's no Y-axis shift in my case. I can reliably reproduce it with our data, but I can't share it here. I'll try to find a more reliable case...

Given that Dendron the project is now in maintenance mode, I do not expect a fix for this issue anytime soon.
I was able to reproduce this. Sixel works over plain SSH, but not with Zellij in an SSH session.
