Update BOB for mainnet launch

Submitting updated BOB (Build on Bitcoin) configs for mainnet launch.

• updated config package entry
• added backend package configs and ran discovery
• format and lint completed
• all tests pass except one: the milestone (launch today, May 1st) not being a day old yet.
