Add Table Extended support

Hi there! Thank you for making this plugin. I am wondering if it would be possible to support Table Extended? Currently, it has no problems rendering the correct tables in obsidian's preview mode and in the official/builtin PDF export function, but in the PDF files exported via your plugin, the tables are rendered as plain texts.

I would appreciate it if you would consider adding compatibility to that plugin, as I really use a lot of these enhanced table features on a regular basis, and it frustrates me that I can't export them properly through your plugin - which also provides many useful enhanced features compared to the official one.
