DefaultAfterRollbackProcessor.isProcessInTransaction() flag should be considered in process() method

I'm not so deeply currently in this config, but I'd just use existing `kafkaTemplate` as I described above. But you might be right as well

Workarounded by forcefully setting `kapt.incremental.apt=false` in `gradle.properties`.
