PNG Compression Parameter

Hey there;

Generating PNG's with compression hard-coded to 0 makes for HUGE files (easily 10 times the size of the source PNG). This isn't going to work for my application so I made compression a parameter. PNG compression is lossless so this actually works great.

I don't know symphony at all so I didn't use the symphony options thing -- instead, I cherry pick out the option I need and remove it from the array so it doesn't make symphony complain downstream. If there's a better way to do it, by all means ...
