IRequest is not recognized at the beginning of the IRequest record

When the cursor is at the beginning of the word, the shortcut ALT+H doesn't work.

or (Vim cursor)

It only works if you are inside the IRequest command/query.

Same thing is also true for the Show Context Actions window. If you open it and the cursor is at the beginning, it doesn't show "Create HandlR" or "Jump to HandlR".

This is quite annoying, especially since in Vim mode you are naturally always at the beginning of a word and not somewhere in the middle.

=> it would be great if the shortcut also works at the beginning. All the other Rider-features (usages, refactoring suggestions, ...) also work at the beginning of the word.
