Pomodoro timer config change doesn't take effect

Repro:

• Start and quite a timer (may be optional)
• Change the "Pomodoro time (minutes)" setting value
• Start a new timer

Expected: Start a timer for the new time

Actual: Start a timer for the old time.

Workaround: Disable and re-enable the plugin. Presumably restarting Obsidian works as well.
