nit: FAQ / Help opens blank page

When clicking either FAQ or Help in the app it links to:

  • https://github.com/kzahel/connection-forwarder/wiki/FAQ

The way the wiki pages are set up perhaps they should link to:

  • https://github.com/kzahel/connection-forwarder/wiki#faq

That or maybe just rearrange or duplicate the wiki pages.

I have raised a PR to correct this behaviour.
