Deprecation problem with newest version of python

Open jlosa2 opened this issue 6 months ago • 6 comments

Hi everyone, I want to update my code to Python Runtime version 3.13, but this library is not compatible with that version. Is there any chance that is coming an update to make PyExcelerate compatible with that version of Python?

Hi @jlosa2, what compatibility issues do you run into? Fixes are very welcome!

I have not even tried to test the code because I saw here, https://pypi.org/project/PyExcelerate/0.13.0/, that 3.8 was the lastest compatible version of Pyhton. Is that true? or I can use this library with the 3.13 version?

I haven't heard of any issues running PyExcelerate with 3.13.

All right, I'll try then and if it goes well I´ll close the issue. Thanks a lot.

Probably because nobody has updated it.
