vowifi setup jumped to a wrong provider

I'm in Canada and I'm using a service from fido.ca, the problem is when I tried to activate the vowifi function in my Oneplus 12R, it jumped me to Bell's wifi-calling activation page, which belongs to another provider. I have no idea what cause this issue, volte was working fine.

IMS Status is Registered, and vowifi option did show up after activating it in pixel IMS, the only issue is it didn't lead me to the correct provider's page.
