Merge Butane configurations
Use the actual schema definitions to validate the configuration.
If a user desires it, we should inline the files defined in `storage.files[]` based on `.contents.local`
If bumerge encounters a list, it can either merge the entries or replace one with the other. The user should be able to select one or the other
