create an "Export Context" command

had an interesting idea to add a console command to export the current context of a world. it would need to wrap the world file (skipping images optionally), the system files, or enough information to check them out and link that world to that temp system. then i'd need a reciprocal command to import from that exported zip file. then probably a command to purge debug worlds and systems created this way. this might be better suited as a module.
