[Enhancement] Automatically add "Point Blank Shot" bonuses to attacks made at PB range

Currently: when selecting an attack with a ranged weapon on a character with "Point Blank Shot" feat, the +1 attack and damage bonus is not added automatically to the rolls.

Enhancement: As the title states.
