Download Log doesn't save full log

When the log file is too large, the exported log is smaller than the actual debug.log in hsd_data.

I think i noticed this before, is it still using front-end style blobs? like, it loads the entire file into the UI then creates a download link? As oppose to just opening the file in the user's OS
