Sign Message doesn't work with ledger

Expected Behavior

Expected to work like a local wallet with verification on the ledger device.

Current Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to bob using a ledger.
2. Go to Sign Message and fill as per usual message signing
3. The error will show up

Context (Environment)

I came across this after trying to sign in to niami.io using the sign with desktop method. (Access this option by login out of bob chrome extension, and after clicking login on niami, close the bob window without login in)

Logs

No logs relating to signing messages were found in the bob log download

This feature will need to be added to the C app that runs on the actual device. You can open an issue here as a TODO: https://github.com/handshake-org/ledger-app-hns

it may take a long time to add this, working on the ledger app is a pain.

This would be especially helpful since some sites that use HNS for authentication require you to sign a message. This is impossible to do today using Ledger.
