Special "todo list" items

Akin to the (experimental) link items, there could be special "todo-list" items that take the value of the first of their children, so that a scheduling rule can be only applied to the "todo" item, and its value can be changed by adding/moving/removing children (possibly also using links to other items somewhere else in the tree).

Eh, I can't believe I opened this issue already almost 5 years ago... Honestly, currently I'm only aiming at maintaining the application functional in case a dependency breaks it one day, as I'm still using this myself as my primary organizer, however in terms of adding new features like this one, that would require more time than I have on my hands right now, so tl;dr there's still nothing on the horizon, sorry...
